She has provided IT services in the Retail, Transport & Hospitality industry. She has good technical experience in manual testing, C and C++, UNIX and AS400 (Main frame technology). She has worked with several tools like Service now, HP ALM Quality Centre, JIRA and various testing models like Waterfall and Agile models. Bala has served as an SME (Subject matter expert) and provided knowledge transition to different vendors. She has voluntarily conducted "Career Guidance Programs" in various colleges in order to mentor the candidates for Campus Placements.
